Reservation and purchase can only be made when complete details given through our ORDER FORM. Reservation allow for 14 days with 50% deposit required.
All items sold are NON refundable and exchangeable. Please ensure that you have checked size and measurement accordingly. We do NOT accept return/refund/exchange for good items sold in case the sizes do not fit you.
Actual colours of the items might vary compared to the photograph due to the light setting and variation of computers' screen and colour resolutions. Therefore, we will state the actual colour of the products.
Full payment should be received by us within 48 hours from the time of invoice send to you. Your purchase will only be dispatched once the full payment is received. For security purposes and to avoid fraud, please attach all the payment details after payment has been made by using the same email we sent invoice to you. Please inform us your payment particulars such as bank’s name, reference number, date and time transaction and amount transferred. If you fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.
The price stated excludes the delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added in the total payment at a very minimum charge. We only use POS LAJU for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, and Sabah & Sarawak. For Peninsular Malaysia, the rate is RM7.00 for first 500gm, additional RM3.00 for next 250gm. For Sabah & Sarawak, the rate is RM10.00, additional RM4.00 for next 250gm. Delivery will be made on every SATURDAY only, once fill payment received.
We are sorry that we cannot give each and all our customers the track number after each delivery due to time limitation. However, payment received notification will be sent stating the delivery date. Kindly contact us back after 5 working days if you still not received the parcel.
